Group History

ASAX Group is a group of companies founded in Japan.
Previously engaged only in real estate sales and rentals, ASAX Co., Ltd. was established in 1969 eventually transitioning its main focus on the real estate mortgage loan business while continuing to foster its in-depth knowledge gained through its real estate sales business. In 2008, ASAX Co., Ltd.’s stocks were first listed in the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and currently listed in the Standard Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In 2023, ASAX Group established its first overseas subsidiary, ASAX America, Inc. This U.S. company was established to provide a wide range of real estate related services.
